Khattab, active on other online jihadist outlets such as the Shumukh al-Islam forum, is accused of supporting a terrorist organization by posting propaganda seeking to radicalize viewers and to recruit suicide bombers, while supporting the al-Qaeda affiliated Islamic State of Iraq (ISI) and the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU).
