Last month, a 15-year-old boy was arrested in Philadelphia for allegedly threatening to launch an ISIS-inspired assault on Pope Francis during his visit. The FBI and Department of Homeland security stated that he was "inspired by" ISIS and that his attack was multifaceted, including multiple people, weapons, and explosives.
